Pictured
above is a portion of the plat drawing presented
with a request for annexation to the Lincoln City
Council last week. Business owner Becky Werth is
asking for property she owns on Woodlawn Road be
annexed into the city. She would like to erect a
billboard. The request for the billboard would go
before the Lincoln Zoning Board of Appeals. If it
should be denied, then Werth would withdraw her
request for annexation. The location of the proposed
billboard is marked with the dark red box.
