Are
you ready for the weekend?! The Pigs & Swigs Festival starts today
with some outstanding events going on in the heart of Lincoln. Look
for Dock Dogs this afternoon and this evening. On the Swigs side,
it's going to be a great evening with live music and tasting
opportunities. On the Pigs side, tonight is the steak cook-off and
that is always a very popular event among the many barbecue
competitors who are in town today. Look for 30 competitors in the Up
in Smoke competitions taking place over the weekend. Also look for
street musicians, food vendors, and much more! On Saturday be sure
to visit all these and also make a pass through Scully Park as the
Oasis Senior Center once again this year will be hosting its craft
and vendor fair with some added attractions for the family! It's
going to be a great weekend in Lincoln, and we hope to see you all
there!
