Wednesday, first responders from the Logan County Sheriff and
Emergency Dispatch offices were recognized with the State of
Illinois Life Saving Award. The awards came as a result of quick
actions taken to save the life of Jane Carroll.
Jane Carroll, her husband and daughter, joined the five first
responders for a group photo during the presentation.
