Volunteers
have been busy at the Logan County Fairground preparing
for the Humane Society of Logan County Route 66 Garage
Sale.
The HSLC was unable to hold its annual fundraiser last
year. So the dollars brought in at the sale this year
are more important than ever.
The sale offers something for everyone from baskets to
bowls to bobbles, lots of bric a brac, Christmas decor,
furniture, garden tools, golf clubs, handbags, hats,
housewares and pet supplies.
The sale will start with a special preview sale this
evening. A $5 admission will be charged at the door, but
it is well worth it to get in there and snap up the good
stuff before the door opens to all on Friday morning

Charleston. Clark will compete in both the Shot Put and the
Discus. She won both events at the Bloomington Central
Catholic Sectional last week. Clark tossed the shot put a
distance of 38' 2.75". She threw the discus 131' 0.5". Both
of those distances are her highset for the season.
