On
Thursday morning, five young people were
awarded $5,000 each for their future college
education courtesy of the Logan County Farm
Bureau.
Recipients left to right - Everett Maaks,
Lucas Kuhlman, Jonathan Wright, Cassidy
Clark and Alanea Cyrulik.
The awards were presented at the annual Farm
Bureau Ag Scholarship Breakfast at the
American Legion Post 263 in Lincoln.
The keynote speaker for the
day was Illinois Representative Tim Butler.

Tiny Home start date delayed to Sunday, April 3rd
Due to inclement
weather the construction start date for the second Veteran
Tiny Home in Lincoln has been rescheduled from Saturday,
April 2nd to Sunday April 3rd commencing at 8 a.m.
There will be no
ground breaking ceremony for the second home.

Two Ukrainian military helicopters struck a fuel depot in the
Russian city of Belgorod on Friday (April 1), a Russian official
said, making the first accusation of a Ukrainian air strike on
