On
Saturday, May 7th, an open house was held at Guest House
Coffee and Pastries in Lincoln, honoring Sensei Dan
Dugan for 50 years of practicing the art of Yoshukai
Karate. The afternoon event was well attended by
friends, family, past and present students.
Dugan began his life of practicing martial arts in 1972
and opened his first dojo in Atlanta in 1976.
Since that time, Dugan has impacted the lives of many
people locally. On Saturday, many of those people were
on hand to show appreciation and respect for Dugan.
