Good pitching for Triple T overshadowed
some poor defense. Tad Juilfs, Cole Brownfield, Tyson Smith and Kyle
Young combined to allow only three earned runs over seven innings.
Brownfield was credited with the win, while Young shut the door in
the bottom of the seventh inning to get the save.
Brent Montgomery, Blair Bruns and Kyle
Young each had two hits. Montgomery and Bruns scored three runs
each, while Young knocked in three runs in. Others with key,
run-producing hits were Devon Biggs and Dylan Eimer.
The Lincoln
Area All-Stars will play a McLean County team on Thursday at 8 p.m.
on the Bronco field.
