Ceremony planned for Saturday, Flag Day

[JUNE 13, 2003]  Lincoln Elks Lodge 914 will be celebrating Flag Day, Saturday, June 14, at noon. The ceremony will be at the Bob Miller memorial flagpole, located near the Elks swimming pool. The community is invited to participate in honoring our nation's flag.

Ceremonies will be conducted nationwide by the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks honoring the symbol of our country and the Elks.

Patriotism is a foundation of the organization, and the group encourages citizens of Lincoln to fly their flags Saturday, June 14.
