CHAMPAIGN
-- After the first day of single-game sales, seven Illini men's
basketball games were sold out. The non-conference game versus
Memphis and Big Ten games against Purdue, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan
State, Wisconsin and Northwestern sold out.

By Wednesday night fewer than 600
tickets remained for games against Ohio State, Penn State and
Illinois State. Around 900 tickets remained for the Maryland-Eastern
Shore game. Around 1,500 tickets remained for the season opener
against Western Illinois on Nov. 22, following the football season
finale against Northwestern. Approximately 2,500 tickets remained
for the Mercer game Nov. 26.
Games
against Western Illinois, Mercer, Illinois State, Ohio State, Purdue
and Iowa are over school breaks and are not included in the student
season ticket.
