Lincoln Rural Fire Protection District responded to a fire call at 1822 1350th Ave. at about 7 p.m. Sunday. A barn caught fire, and several other structures near it were at risk. Other area departments were called for mutual aid to contain the blaze.
The property, located just north of Interstate 55 and east of
Nicholson Road,
had been the subject of complaints that spurred recent revisions
to Logan
County's nuisance ordinance.
