Friday night the Illini Central Cougars from Mason City converged on Mount Pulaski in huge numbers. As the game began, the visitor bleachers in the Mount Pulaski gymnasium were filled with supporters of the No. 2-ranked team in Class 1A boys basketball. Their fans were not disappointed as they left their mark on the Toppers, defeating them by a score of 73-47.
