Last week, the 18th Land of Lincoln Honor Flight to Washington, D.C., took 88 Illinois veterans to see the memorials dedicated to them. In the photo above, those in yellow caps are veterans of the Korean War, while those in blue caps are World War II veterans. Among those going this time was Ivan Ray, who provided an account of the trip in the story below.
