Tuesday
evening the Lincoln City Council agreed to add to
the Monday night consent agenda the implementation
of the Fast-Track Demolition Plan for this property
located at 412 Oglesby Street in Lincoln. Building
and Safety officer John Lebegue said the building is
abandoned, and he has had no luck trying to work
with the property owner to get it cleaned up. With
the Fast-Track Demolition Plan, the building will
more than likely be demolished within the next 60
days.
