As the clock tolled high noon at the Logan County Courthouse Thursday, a group gathered in the rotunda of the building to offer up prayers for our country and our community.  It was the 63rd annual National Day of Prayer.  The observance was well attended by members of the Lincoln and Logan County community.  Read more in the story below.
