Over the weekend, communities around Logan County enjoyed the beautiful fall weather in a variety of ways. On Friday night, Trick or Treat at the Courthouse was held in Mount Pulaski. On Saturday, the annual Harvest of Talents and Trick or Treat with the Mayor took place in Lincoln. In New Holland, the community was enjoying its Fall Festival. LDN reporters made it out to these events and more, and will bring you coverage over the next couple days. In today's edition, Chamber After Hours and Art Show, Trick or treat at the Courthouse in Mount Pulaski, and a ribbon cut in Elkhart.

From the office of Sally J. Turner, Logan County Clerk and Recorder:

"There is a campaign flier out that indicates our office is open on the Sunday before Election Day for voting - which is incorrect. Our office will be open from 9 to noon on Saturday November 1 for Absentee and Grace Period Registration and Voting."
