Have
you tried the new city of Lincoln/ALMH
Fitness Court yet? If not, you may soon
be in the minority. Last Saturday the
court was quite busy as volunteers from
the Lincoln Park District offered
direction in the proper use of the
equipment at the new outdoor fitness
center in Lincoln. The equipment offers
a range of workout disciplines, and also
there is an app for mobile devices to
assist new visitors in using the
equipment for the best physical workout,
safely. There are also websites
available, and in today's edition of
Lincoln Daily News, those websites are
listed with links in the article
entitled "Instructed class demonstrates
Lincoln's new Fitness Court is for
everyone."
