Rudy Spaulding, Illinois AMVETS state commander, and Duane Miskulin, the national commander, stopped on a tour of the state to visit our All Veterans Park on Union Street. The pair were on their way from North Pekin to southern Illinois when they were told about our local park honoring those who have served and decided to stop and visit.
