Having a December to remember.
Karen Hargis took this picture last Dec. 29 at Kickapoo Creek Park. By the last day of December 2010, we had almost 15 inches of snowfall, four days of below-zero temperatures and an average temperature of only 24 degrees. We will end this year with one of the mildest Decembers in decades. And we promise we are not complaining.
