This image taken from the Iranian state TV's
Arabic-language channel Al-Alam shows what
they purported to be an intact ScanEagle drone
aircraft put on display. An exclusive
broadcast Tuesday showed what
they say are the first pictures of the captured
drone. On Tuesday, Iran authorities claimed they had
captured a U.S. drone after it entered Iranian
airspace over the Persian Gulf and were showing an
image of a purportedly downed craft on state TV,
but the U.S. Navy said all its unmanned aircraft
in the region were "fully accounted for."

This photo provided by
Sotheby's in New York shows some of the romantic letters and
drawings the late Peanuts creator, Charles Schulz, sent to a young
woman 23 years his junior.
The love notes from 1970-1971 are being
offered for sale at Sotheby's in New York by the family of
Tracey Claudius, who the auction house says is ill at her home
near Philadelphia. It's estimated they'll bring $250,000 to
$350,000 at the Dec. 14 auction.

A big
announcement concerning one of the Mount Pulaski Lady Toppers was made by
Principal Terry Morgan at Monday night's game. Five-foot-10 senior forward/guard Andrea
Dickerson, center, has verbally committed to play basketball at Murray State
University in Kentucky. Dickerson had spoken with the Murray State coach by
phone on Friday evening, and later that night she surprised her mom with the
news. Friday was her mom's birthday, and Andrea decided to place a note in the
bottom of her mom's birthday gift bag. The note read: "11/30/12 at 5:59 p.m. I
committed to play at Murray State University." Congratulations to Andrea
Dickerson and her mom, Amy Rainey, and her dad, David Dickerson.
