Today
is the official first day of the Logan County Fair. This year, though, an old friend is not going to be in
attendance. Last fall Luehrs' Ideal Rides realized
they were going to have a scheduling conflict this year,
but they didn't leave the Logan County Fair out in the
cold. They recommended their good friends Tinsley's
Amusements. Tinsley crews were busy setting up
their carnival on Monday afternoon, and it looks like
it's going to be great!

Today
will be 2011 Miss Logan County Fair Kelsi Ubbenga's
last day as our reigning royalty. Tonight six lovely young
women will take the stage in front of the grandstand, and at the
end of the evening a new queen will be crowned. The
candidates enjoyed their royal dinner Sunday evening, and a
photo of that event is the top picture in our News section
today.
