This
weekend, visitors coming to Lincoln for the annual
Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival will get a hint that
some very big things are going to be happening in
the city in the near future. New banners have
arrived at City Hall touting the Downtown
Restoration project for Pulaski Street that will
begin this fall. The banners will be placed on
Pulaski Street. Another banner will be placed near
the Lincoln Depot, indicating that there is a
restoration project ongoing there as well.
Additional more generic banners will go up around
the downtown area to advise visitors that the city
of Lincoln is planning a transformation of the heart
of the city.
