Friday
evening, at the Mount Pulaski Courthouse Foundation
Street Fest, the people of Mount Pulaski were
dancing in the streets to the crooning of their
hometown boy, John Schlitt. The Logan county native
was born in Lincoln, but spent his childhood years
living in Mount Pulaski. Today, his brother Jeff
still lives there, so the weekend was a great
homecoming for Schlitt.
