LDN - Entertainment
On
Wednesday, co-workers and former co-workers,
friends, family and the administrative staff
at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital
gathered together to wish retiring ER nurse,
Anne Sydney (pictured left) a fond, but
tearful farewell. Sydney is retiring after
38 years of service to patients from
throughout our community. The reception held
in her honor brought in many guests to wish
Anne well, and the staff of the ER
Department sent her home with a lovely
remembrance gift; a solid wood patio seat
where Anne may enjoy her garden now that she
has more time to spend there.
