On
Saturday, the parking lot at Lincoln Center on the
campus of Lincoln College was transformed from a
location for vehicles to a place of honor and
remembrance of those who are now fighting or have
fought the tremendous battle with cancer. The annual
Relay for Life event began at noon and ran into the
night with a wide variety of activities going on
during the 12-hour period. LDN today will offer
coverage of the event. On Tuesday, the Relay for
Life special section will be published. And as soon
as completed, the names of all those honored or held
in memorium during this year's reading of the
luminaria will be included in the magazine.
