On
Saturday morning, the Reps Gym of Lincoln hosted a
Ruck Run to benefit local veterans as well as the
Lincoln/Logan County Food Pantry. Forty-three
runners came out in the cool but pleasant morning
air. Many weighted themselves down with Ruck bags,
commonly used by soldiers for carrying supplies. The
bags contained food products to be donated to the
food pantry after the run. The cash proceeds from
the event were donated to the local VFW Veteran's
Relief Fund.
