LaHood at
Christian Village |
Ag
Advisory Committee |
On
Thursday, United States Representative to the 18th
Congressional District, Darin LaHood, spent time in
Lincoln in two venues. At mid-morning, he stopped in
at Christian Village and spent about a half hour
talking with residents, and fielding questions from
them. From there, he went to an inaugural meeting of
the 18th District Ag Advisory Committee. The
committee included representatives from each county
in the 18th District, present at the request of
LaHood, to share concerns for the agricultural
industry and give LaHood insight as to the issues
that should be important to him as their
representative in Washington. LDN will have
additional coverage of each event on Saturday and
Monday.
