On
Wednesday the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of
Commerce hosted a ribbon cut at the new Copper Creek
Cottages. Chamber Director Cathy Wilhite welcomed
Copper Creek to the community as a vital new
business and a new member of the Chamber. Mayor
Marty Neitzel also spoke, sharing her sentiments
that the city of Lincoln government is dedicated to
the growth of the city, and improving the quality of
life for Lincoln residents. Also speaking was Shelly
Welch of Copper Creek. Members of Copper Creek
then shared the scissors in making the snip on the
ribbon. Afterward, guests were invited inside for
light refreshments and a tour of the facility.
Copper Creek also asked that everyone in attendance
sign the green ribbon used at the cut. The ribbon
will be displayed at Copper Creek to commemorate the
occasion.
