Friday night Lincoln Community High School showed support for senior
students, healthcare workers and first responders by turning on the
lights of the football field at 8:20 p.m. as part of something
called LightForTheFight. The lights were on for 20 minutes and gave
people an opportunity to drive through the parking lot, honking
horns in support of these individuals. It was a bitter cold evening
Friday night but that did not stop faithful supporters from packing
the parking lot. It was nice to see so many cars turn out to let the
kids and adults in the community know they are being thought of.
Everyone kept their social distance as it was easy to remain in the
cars with the cold temperature outside.
Class of 2020 you will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!
