Resolution “lose weight”
and get in “better shape”
The number one New Year’s
Resolution is to “lose weight” and
get into better shape physically.
With Logan County coming in at
No. 2 as the most obese county
in the state of Illinois, it demands
an honest discussion. Simply
put, exercise is not enough when
it comes to tackling this issue of
losing weight.
We all know friends or family that
have gone on some form of “diet/
exercise” plan and have lost a good
deal of weight, only to gain it back.
Everyone has their own opinion as
to the best approach to weight loss.
