we want to burn the calories we are consuming,
and maintain or increase our basal metabolic rate.
According to an article in The Journal of
American Medical Association (JAMA) in June
2002, North Americans need to be supplementing
with a daily multi-vitamin. There are many
options available when it comes to supplements.
We do need to exercise caution when deciding
which ones to spend our hard earned dollar on.
The FDA recently posted a new release dated
November 17, 2015 that was titled, FDA takes
action to protect consumers from potentially
dangerous dietary supplements. It would be
worth one’s time to conduct a little research on
their own.
Many members at REPS GYM are achieving

lower blood pressure and improved blood glucose
levels by following the recommendations given
