At least one person is happy this morning. A smiling snowman on Wyatt Avenue cheerfully waits for his snowflake friends to arrive. And they did. Depending on where you live in the area, 4 to 6 inches of new snow has fallen.

A winter weather warning stays in effect until Friday morning.
