CSI Lincoln now on patrol.

City Police Officer Chris Reed recently attended an Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigation course and is now Lincoln’s official CSI. The course is designed to establish competency in the discipline of crime scene processing and emphasizes the importance of thoroughness, accuracy and integrity while processing crime scenes. Police Chief Ken Greenslate said that Reed’s training will be a great asset to the Lincoln Police Department. Greenslate and Deputy Chief Mike Geriets attended Reed's graduation in Springfield..
