Chester-East Lincoln school is in serious need of renovation and updating.  For the last several weeks public participation meetings have been going on at CEL with the hopes of defining what should be done to bring the school into the 21st century.  Above is one of eight plans that participants looked at Thursday evening.  Of the eight, this one is the least costly at $3.7 million.  Read more about this meeting in the story below.
