John Hoblit takes his seat as the newly hired city attorney for the city of Lincoln. Hoblit is a Logan County native from the Atlanta area. He is currently practicing law in Clinton but expects to have an office in Lincoln within the next few days. Hoblit was approved unanimously with six aldermen present at the Monday night voting session. Aldermen Heidi Browne and Tracy Welch were absent for the evening.
