Today our totals on the Paint the Paper Pink pictures hit 101 photos and get this...1,126 people! This has been an amazing month of response from local businesses, organizations and readers to step up and show the community that we are made up of people who care about others. We're not done yet. It looks like we will have probably 10 to 12 more photos to post and will actually wrap it all up by the end of the week.

On Sunday morning, after a long day of fundraising on Saturday, it was announced that the effort of the 2018 Harvest of Talents for World Hunger had brought in $100,717.24.

The Sunday morning service, held at the Earl C. Hargrove Chapel on the campus of Lincoln Christian University was a day of thanksgiving and rejoicing. The members of the Lincoln Christian Church Harvest of Talents committees work for months to bring in this type of fundraiser that yields this kind of money for a very worthy cause.
