			mixers, food processors, toasters and toaster ovens; small 
			business equipment, including copiers, fax machines, typewriters 
			and calculators. Cell phones and printer cartridges 
			will be collected for donation to the Wal-Mart Children’s Miracle 
			Network. 
			A $5 fee will be charged for TVs 27 inches or smaller and for all 
			computer monitors. A $25 fee will be charged for TVs over 27 inches, 
			including consoles and big screens. All usable computers and 
			electronic items will be refurbished for distribution to low-income 
			and disabled households, either free or at reduced cost. Nonworking 
			and outdated equipment will be diverted from landfills and recycled 
			in accordance with EPA standards.
