On
Monday evening, city of Lincoln alderwoman Kathy
Horn was presented with the 2014 Larry Shroyer Award
by the Logan County Emergency Management Agency in
recognition of her service to EMA over the last ten
years. Pictured above is Horn with Reverand Glenn
Shelton, who is also on the board, and in the
background is Darwin Shroyer, the nephew of Larry
Shroyer. On Thursday evening, Logan County Board
member Rick Aylesworth was given a similar award.
