The
Logan County Courthouse rotunda is prepared with
the old election night chalkboard having been
brought out. High voter counts are anticipated
and a big crowd is expected to turnout on
Tuesday evening to watch the board as the
precinct tallies roll in.
The Lincoln mayor’s seat is being vied for by
(as listed on the ballot) incumbent Marty
Neitzel, Wanda Lee Rohlfs, Seth Goodman, and
Kevin Bateman.
Two Lincoln alderman seats are contested: In
Ward 2 Katie Mesner is seeking the seat held by
incumbent Kathy Horn. Ward 3 has incumbent Jonie
Tibbs and Ron Keller on the ballot.
