Deep Roots Bakery and
Café’ took the pink challenge again this year,
hosting a fundraiser day at the local eatery, plus
setting out a pink pumpkin for random donations
throughout the month of October.
Last week the business turned over their collection
of $264.50 to the Friends and Family Relay for Life
team. The money will be sent in full to the American
Cancer Society.
Thank you to all the fine folks at Deep Roots along
with all their customers, who made this donation
possible.

This past Saturday,
Lincoln Mayor Tracy Welch hosted Coffee with the
Mayor at Guest House Coffee and Pastries. Joining
him were Lincoln Alderwoman Rhonda O’Donoghue and
Lincoln City Clerk Peggy Bateman.
The three spent more than an hour visiting with
constituents about good news in the city, as well as
concerns and issues.

The Logan County
Courthouse and all county offices will be closed
Monday, November 6th to allow for the new HVAC
electrical upgrades that are a portion of the Logan
County Courthouse Restoration Project.

Public Notice
The Logan County Department of Public
Health will be closed on Monday, November 6, 2023. The
health department will resume serves on Tuesday, November
7th.
The LCDPH will also be closed on Friday,
November 10th in observance of Veteran's Day. |
