Mitchell meets with Illinois Coalition for Community Services representative    

[AUG. 14, 2003]  State Rep. Bill Mitchell, R-Forsyth, met with Jessena Thorne, community development specialist for the Illinois Coalition for Community Services, in Mount Pulaski on Wednesday. Mitchell and Thorne discussed economic development in rural communities.
