Dee Brown featured in new issue
of Slam magazine    

[JULY 22, 2003]  This month's jam-packed issue of Slam includes college standouts Dee Brown of Illinois, Giuliana Mendiola of Washington, and cousins Drake and Travis Diener of DePaul and Marquette, respectively.

The issue features the 2003 NBA champion San Antonio Spurs, and this year there’s no asterisk required. Tim Duncan collected another MVP trophy, David Robinson went out on top, and the San Antonio Spurs clinched their second title in five years in decisive fashion. The NBA finals are highlighted with Tim Duncan on the cover and nine pages of photos and coverage inside the magazine.
