Mitchell addresses firefighters    

[NOV. 14, 2003]  State Rep. Bill Mitchell spoke to Logan County firefighters and first responders on Monday at the firefighters' annual dinner in Lincoln. Mitchell talked about how the state budget is affecting availability of state grants and legislation to help firefighters and first responders.
