“I saw a more experienced team take advantage
of a young group of guys by making some great adjustments at
halftime,” commented Lincoln coach Searby. “We got a great group of guys who will take
this as an opportunity to learn from their mistakes. We don't have
any time to hang our heads, with one of our toughest games coming on
Tuesday.” Brian Dunaway led scoring with 20 points on 9-of-27 shooting. Travis Chase scored 17 points and led the team with
nine rebounds. Caleb Edson and Tim Schultz both chipped in 10
points. The Preachers' record moves to 3-1 on the season. The team plays
next at Missouri Valley (NAIA-I) on Tuesday, Nov. 18.
