Testimony for and against the Rail Splitter Wind Farm that would be built by Horizon Wind Energy came to a late close at 11 p.m.  Tuesday. 

The Logan County Zoning Board of Appeals is expected to render its decision Wednesday evening on a recommendation that would then go to the Logan County Board. The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. at the American Legion in Hartsburg.
