The festival

This
photo provided by Jeff Gilligan, a passenger on the
American-based cruise ship Star Princess, shows a
fishing vessel adrift in the Pacific Ocean off Panama in
March. Bird-watchers aboard the cruise ship alerted
the crew, but the luxury liner continued on its course.
The company says it has analyzed video of a fishing boat
on which a Panamanian fishermen was rescued off Ecuador
after his two companions died, and concluded it is not
the same boat spotted by Gilligan and others on the
Star Princess.
