Anyone who thinks that the city council doesn't labor over their decisions hasn't been following the story of the bridge on Oglesby Avenue. This week the council jumped a big hurdle when they came to a decision. The bridge will be removed, probably sometime this spring or summer. There still remains one big decision: what type of barrier to erect to prevent vehicles from driving off into the creek.
