Late last week, the Habitat for Humanity of Logan County announced it had sold this building on Woodlawn Road. The former drive-thru bank building was donated to the HFH for use as an office. Since that time, Habitat has built the warehouse space next door to this building and now will move its office into it.

The buyers - Xiao Pan, Xia Xia Wu and Cody Zhao are from out of town and will be moving to Lincoln according to sources from HFH. The trio did not say what type of business they plan to put in the building. However, the HFH stipulated in the sale that the building could not be used as a tattoo parlor, gaming establishment, or for the sale of cannabis.

THE LOGAN COUNTY COURTHOUSE IS OPEN TODAY

According to County Clerk Theresa Moore, some may have been confused by the announcement last night that the courthouse was closed.  That announcement applied only to those who may have wanted to go to the courthouse to watch election results come in.

The courthouse is OPEN today and until further notice will be open daily regular hours.
