[AUG. 12, 2003]  Judge Donald A. Behle has been reappointed as associate judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit. Judge Behle was first appointed to the position in March 1999 when Judge David L. Coogan was nominated to the Circuit Court.

Associate judges are reappointed by a 3/5 vote of circuit judges from their district. Terms expire every four years on June 30 in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 39. New terms begin on July 1.

Judge Behle was lawyer in private practice for 18 years in Logan County previous to his judgeship.
