Officials from throughout Logan County met Wednesday night with representatives from key state agencies that assist with infrastructure needs. Joel Smiley, new director of the Lincoln & Logan County Development Partnership, arranged and facilitated the meeting, which provided name and face contacts that could ease community tensions between maintenance and opportunities to grow.
