There
is a whole year to celebrate Abe in this community and we
appreciate it when schools send us their pictures. On Feb 6,
NH-M School District 88 celebrated Abraham Lincoln's 200th birthday
with several activities during their monthly awards ceremony.
One was a Lincoln look-alike costume contest for kindergarten
through eighth grade. Pictured above is Mrs. Bolton's
first-grade class with all
participating. Richie Deters won first place for kindergarten
through fourth. L-R: Mrs. Bolton, Nick Muir, Timothy "T.J." Merriman, Richie
Deters, Faith Stagnolia, Hunter Harrison and Jayden Grahamption.
